Manic Panic bright semi-permanent dyes / toners do not use oxidants, when used on previously bleached hair > they create a long-lasting bright color. Keep away from the scalp. Apply to dry hair.

For best results lighten the hair color to light blonde, use Manic Panic Flashlightning 30 or 40 bleach kit, some colors can work on natural blonde or colored hair, darker shades can give the effect of stunning light highlights on darker hair.

Instructions for use: >

Ready to use product - do not mix with hydrogen peroxide !!! >

1. Wash your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo, apply the product to freshly washed, dry hair 2. Put the appropriate amount of the product into the vessel, apply evenly with a coloring brush 3. Do not use on the scalp, only about 1 cm from the skin. Cover your hair thoroughly. Brush evenly until you foam 4 Cover your hair with a plastic cap. leave for 30 minutes or more. Use a warm air stream to deepen the effect 5. Rinse your hair with cool water until it runs clean, away from your face and body. The color rinses off with each wash. Wash your hair with cold water to keep the color as long as possible
