Each learning template has a specifically designed exercise that provides an understanding of the basic music theory and notation needed to transcribe pieces to the separate Create and Learn Level One Music Book. The Music Book has a place above the staff section for each piece where the student can include an illustration! The Level one Workbook and Music book should be purchased and used together as a pair. The transcription portion of the process can be accomplished with the assistance of the piano teacher, or can be a lovely shared activity for parent and child between lessons.
