The WAGNERTUNING high-Perf. intercooler has got a new Comp. core (latest Tube-Fin-Technology) z the dimensions 500 mm x 220 mm x 90 mm (9.9 liters) / 19,7Inch x 8,7Inch x 3,5Inch (600Inch³), which was developed specifically our short intake Kolektor. This high-Perf. core offers an 18 % larger frontal surface and 65 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is an excellent cooling property z a minimal back pressure. The newly developed Comp. high-Perf. core is very light. That`s why this is perfect racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air z a significant increase in Perf.!

An anti-corrosion powder powłoka, z perfect heat-conducting properties, protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler od all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed.
