The upper sensor is designed to measure the coolant temperature in boiler circuits. The sensor works as follows: if the temperature of the refrigerant changes, the temperature of the sensor changes, and its electrical resistance is inversely proportional. When the temperature rises, the resistance decreases and vice versa, when the temperature drops, the resistance increases. The microprocessor uses a resistance value to determine the temperature in boilers.

The sensor resistor is immersed in a plastic housing, the handle is metal, which surrounds the sensor. Suitable for pipes with a diameter of 11 to 23 mm.
